CHERYL K. GRAHAM
Mrs. Graham has practiced in Northern Virginia since 1992, focusing on the area of domestic relations and family law. Mrs. Graham serves not only as an experienced trial attorney, but also as a superior negotiator, and has an excellent reputation for her civility, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. Mrs. Graham has a particular interest in assisting her clients in settling their martial disputes through efficient and effective negotiations. Accordingly, she serves as a Mediator and works with Collaborative Divorce. Mrs. Graham’s practice includes all aspects of family matters: equitable distribution of property, including the complex division and valuation of closely held corporations, stock options and financial investments; child custody and visitation; child and spousal support; negotiating and drafting Marital and Pre-Marital Settlement Agreements and step-parent adoptions. Mrs. Graham’s practice includes litigation at both the trial level in the jurisdictions of Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Arlington County, Fauquier County and Prince William County, as well as appellate work in the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Mrs. Graham frequently serves as a mediator and works with Collaborative Divorce. Mrs. Graham served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in Loudoun, Fairfax and Arlington Counties for many years. Mrs. Graham has also lectured and written articles in the area of family law; volunteered through the local bar associations; served as Treasurer of the Loudoun Bar Association; was appointed as a Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Circuit Representative for the Twentieth Circuit (Loudoun, Fauquier and Rappahannock); and served on multiple committees of the Fairfax Bar Association. Mrs. Graham is a native of Northern Virginia and an active member of her community. She is currently the Secretary of the Loudoun Bar Association. She is married and has three children.
